( My Day In Nga Rau Rito
In the morning we done the roll then Kieron Ngarui and i went in to the whare kai and helped them make jelly for their project/work. When we were making the jelly we had to measure it so it could turn in to jelly if we did it wrong then maby it wouldn't work. When we were finnished mesuring the jelly and hot water we put it in to the fridge to cool, after we did that we all went back to class to do this dance while Ngarui and i helped them with there dance when the dance was finished we hade frute and milk then done some poi action then when Ngarui went up to mirror the actions i said to kieron " should i go up and help Ngarui " he said "yeah" so i went up and i helped here and we were doing it for a while then it was morning tea thank you for reading this hope you comment byyy

in Christchurch.
To Christchurch schools
Dear children/and people in Christchurch we are sad for what has
happend to some of you on Friday and we are sad two of the people
at one of your schools have been shot.And we are sorry for you not the
person who did this to you people and we hope it doesn't happen again.
And we know it was some of them who had family that loved them very
much. And to familys that had family in that shooting tragic we are so so sad.
kawakawa primary is sad for you and your family.

20 minute writing
On Sunday i went to the new park that was opining in Morewa.
It was fun because there were bouncy castles and fire engine rides and police car rides it was a little lame because my dog followed me and i couldn't go on the car rides because he will follow me.I was afraid he would get hurt.
so i took him over to my aunts Diddy so she could watch him while i play
with my friends and cousins.

20 minute writing about my weekend
Every monday morning we have 20 minutes of free writing to choose what e can write about
On the weekend my Nan,Mahuta and i went to whangarei for the day.
first we stopped at my aunty's house to pick up 4 other kids. Then we went to flip out it was cool we got wrist bands and socks. When we walked up the ramp
we saw all the trampolines it was cool because there was a doge ball area and a basket ball area and a inflatable bouncy castle filled with foam. It was cool then
my Nan went to go and get here a coffee and me and Mahuta went over by the
stairs. We saw these games you can play we were going to go on them but then the manager came and we thought he was going to growl us but we just walked past him like nothing happend. Once our two hours in flip out was up
we all ran to the car to get a drink because we left them in the car. After we had a drink we went the wave pools to cool down. when we got to the wave pool we got our purple green and blue wrist bands so we could go on everything.
once we go in side i ran to the cold pool and dived in it was so refreshing.
once we saw the slide open Mahuta and i ran to the line it wasnt that long because we were nexed in line when we went down the slide it was fun after that we took the tube down the slide and hirini asked me if he wanted to race and i said yes because we hade tubes i beat him because he got stuck in the slide
so he got of the tube and pulled the tube out the slide when it was time to go home we jumped in the car and went to my auntys house and played in the spa
then we hade pizza and chips for brunch and went home.

Term 2 Holiday Blogging Polar bears Report
: Appearance:
Polar bears are known to have white fur to blend in with the snow and ice that surrounds them.
They have longer necks than other bears and narrow heads. They have large paws so they are able to swim quicker
through the water. The average male polar bear weighs
450 kg whereas the female polar bear weighs about 150 – 250
kg. A female polar bears height is at 2 meters when they are
on their hind legs and a male's height is at 1.3 meters to their
shoulders.
:Habitat:
Polar bears are located in places that are around the arctic circle, including, Norway, Russia,Greenland, Canada, The United States as in, Alaska
and the Arctic Circle itself. Polar bears prefer being on the
annual sea ice covering, as there is a good amount of seals
to feed on. The problem with this is that its melting away due
to global warming, which is causing the polar bear population
to decrease.
:Behaviour:
A female polar bear eats a lot of food in summer and fall so she can survive the denning period, the denning period, most den’s are dug on land where the snow is thick (denning is when a pregnant female polar bear digs a hole and gives birth in it, she stays in it for 3 months) The season of the denning is usually in Autumn, it may seem like a hibernation but unlike other bears polar bears don't hibernate, they don't get a drop in heart rate or anything that signals a hibernation. The female polar bear will give birth to a cub, sometimes two, that weighs one pound. Once the cub/s weigh 20 or 30 pounds the mother will take them out into the wild and then after 2 years the mother will leave her cub/s. A polar bear has one of the lowest reproductive rates as, In one lifetime a female polar bear can only produce 5 litters of cubs.

Watching kapa haka 20 minute writing
Title : Watching Kapa haka
On Saturday my papa and i went to whangarae to watch te rau po manawa o kawakawa and whangarei
intermediate do their kapa haka performance. When we got there we couldn't find a park. We were driving
around for awhile until this man said “just park on the grass” so we went and drove on to the grass and
walked around we saw some stalls their but my papa just wanted to watch kapa haka so we went over
to get our yellow wrist bands to put on so we could enter the building. When we got inside the building
my papa and i walked around to look for a seat. Finally we found one next to my uncle his name was
Henry he is Zowen dad. We watched the first performance it was cool and loud the the
second kapa haka group walked on to the stage. It was whangarei intermediate one of my cousins
were in it and he was the tall one in the back if you would like o watch it the you can go to te hiku
media and type in the search bar whangarei intermediate. When te rau po manawa o kawakawa came
on stage everyone started to cheer the they performed if you would like to see their performance go to te
hiku media and type in the search bar Te rau po manawa o kawakawa and you will see them they are
very cool
